Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Include all original accessories, parts, and documentation.
- Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at support@spiritkingdom.co.uk. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions and a prepaid return label if applicable.
Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Product Condition and Inspection:
All items sold are brand-new and sealed in their original packaging, as supplied by the manufacturer. Products are inspected prior to dispatch to ensure they meet quality standards and to verify the absence of visible defects through the window packaging where applicable.
Minor Cosmetic Variances:
As collectibles are mass-produced, minor cosmetic variances (such as slight imperfections in paint application or assembly) are expected and not considered defects unless they materially affect the functionality or intended use of the product.
If you believe an issue exceeds acceptable variances, please contact us at support@spiritkingdom.co.uk with details and supporting photos, and we will evaluate the claim.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Include photos of:
- The defect or damage.
- The product in its original packaging.
- The shipping box (including any visible damage).
We will evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund. If a refund is the decided outcome, all original packaging, accessories, and parts must be returned. Missing contents may result in a deduction or delay.
Proper Packaging for Returns
When returning an item, it must be properly packaged to avoid damage during transit. If the item arrives damaged due to inadequate packaging, the return may be rejected, or deductions may be made from the refund. Please follow the packaging instructions provided in your return authorization email.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping Costs:
For non-defective returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A £5 admin fee will also apply.
For defective or damaged returns: We will provide a prepaid return label, and no additional costs will be incurred.
Packaging Requirements for Returns:
To ensure safe transit, please securely package your return in its original box and include all original contents (accessories, parts, and documentation). Items damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging may result in deductions or rejection of the return.
